M2 Human Resources and Strategy
A final year of international Master’s Degree in Human Resources and Strategy (hurest)
All courses are taught in English
Length of the program: one year (two semesters)
Admission requirements: The program targets English-speaking students with a first year of Master in Management, who aim at specializing in Human Resources and who have some experience of professional training in companies abroad or in their own country. This requirement corresponds to 240 European credits (ECTS), or to a level equivalent to a first year of Master in management science, e.g. a Bachelor’s degree with Honours in the English system. Applicants are expected to have good skills in economy and good basic skills in law, finance, accounting, sales and organizational theories. The successful students will obtain a Master's Degree in Management Science – Strategy and Human Resource Management from University François-Rabelais de Tours. Graduates will be allowed to apply for a doctoral program in Management Science, provided their internship takes place in our research laboratory CERMAT.
English Proficiency: Level B2 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages.
French Proficiency: only required for everyday life.
Objectives: This program is a two-semester course in Strategy and Human Resource Management. It is designed to provide understanding and skills in these particular areas of management science needed to manage a department of personnel administration in a private company or a public institution, in relation with the people in charge of the corporate strategy.
